Sidney was born on December 14th 1962 to parents Roland and Barbara Yocum in Austin, Texas.
In 1983, Sidney had one daughter named Hollie.
Sidney was predeceased by his father Roland Yocum.
He is survived by his mother Barbara Bean; Brother, Rex Yocum; Sister, Sandra Evans; Daughter, Hollie Philippus; and two grandchildren, Jaden Philippus and Mya Philippus.
